Yikes!!!
What happened to excommunication when you need it? Priests are to offer Mass in persona Christi, "in the person of Christ...," not to promote their own agenda. All we need now are more wayward priests trampling on their witness for Christ.

I agree. What's bothersome is not only the disobedience to the vow of celibacy but the outright abuse of acting in persona Christi. To think that they are hired to perform invalid baptisms, weddings and funerals is quite disturbing.
I found this wonderful article by Cardinal O'Connor which is filled with charity and humility.
