Our Lady of Mount Carmel, pray for us!
On the Brown Scapular to Saint Simon Stock, Our Lady said: "Receive, My beloved son, this habit of thy order: this shall be to thee and to all Carmelites a privilege, that whosoever dies clothed in this shall never suffer eternal fire."

Let's look inside a Carmelite Monastery...
Have you ever worn a scapular handmade by a Carmelite?
The artists we never see behind the work of art.
The hidden life - a life filled with spiritual treasures.
Solemn vows for Christ's bride!

Wow! What beautiful and inspiring pictures! I especially like the one of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel and the Bride of Christ. Thanks!
Yes, I couldn't resist sharing their wonderful photos. They are such beautiful women who work and pray quietly for the whole world!
We have a Carmelite monastery here in San Francisco and sometimes if I have any urgent prayer requests, I go there and get to speak to the sister on the other side of the wall. They are so filled with the Holy Spirit. These monasteries are simply powerhouses of prayer.
Do you have one around your area?
Well, I don't think we have a traditional Carmelite monastery anywhere near here that I know of. But my grandmother was a 3rd order Carmelite.
Wow, that's great and a blessing to have a Carmelite in the family.
Yes! Now she is in Heaven praying for us!
