The Feast of the Immaculate Conception
O Mary, conceived without sin, pray for us who have recourse to thee!
A Plenary Indulgence is granted to the faithful this year on 8 December, Solemnity of the Immaculate Conception of the Blessed Virgin Mary, the 40th anniversary of the closure of the Second Vatican Council, by the Supreme Pontiff, Servant of God Paul VI.
